Dear Valued Stakeholders,
It is my privilege to welcome you to Moonlight Hydropower Company Limited, developer of the 22.14 MW Balephi-A Hydropower Project. I am pleased to report that construction has reached 90.58% physical completion, with headworks, canal works, and major civil structures largely finished and electromechanical installation progressing steadily. A full component-wise breakdown is available on our Progress page.
We are also moving forward with our Initial Public Offering, having appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited as Issue Manager. Shares will first be offered to project-affected residents and Nepali citizens in foreign employment, followed by the general public upon approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). Updates will be published here as they become available.
